What We Do

Feasibility & Planning

Milestone's role often begins at site search/acquisition and continues through site plan preparation, permitting and construction administration. Working within the physical constraints and the client's needs and objectives, Milestone has been responsible for thousands of site development projects ranging from residential subdivisions and commercial centers to schools and large-scale industrial centers.

Milestone identifies early in the process regulatory, design or construction pitfalls and mitigates these obstacles to provide clients with buildable plans that are financially feasible, aesthetically and environmentally compatible, and publicly acceptable.

Land Surveying

Land surveying is the art and science of establishing or reestablishing corners, lines, boundaries, and monuments of real property (land), based upon recorded documents, historical evidence, and present standards of practice. Land Surveying also includes associated services such as analysis and utilization of survey data, subdivision planning and design, writing legal descriptions, mapping, construction layout, and precision measurements of angle, elevation, length, area, and volume.
